Last week I had a great time talking about my resolutions for the year and so far, at only two days in, I feel like everything is going pretty well. Still, I know that things will get rough if I don’t stay conscious of what I want and have a clear plan to get where I want to go. Studies suggestion that nearly 92% of New Year’s resolutions are actually abandoned by the end of the year. That’s insane and I don’t want to add to that statistic.
Therefore, I thought it would be a good idea to write a post about my favorite ways to stick to resolutions. Not only do I feel it would be a great, positive way to kick of blogging in the new year, but it’s also a great opportunity for me to help put my goals into perspective.
